The Brief

I pitched and executed a three-part investigative blog series designed to anchor the partnership between SolarWinds and two of its key European partners, Unimission and Dimarjan. The campaign was timed to precede the UN’s AI for Good Global Summit in Geneva, positioning SolarWinds not just as a software provider, but as a thought leader in ethical AI and environmental sustainability.

My Role

  • Narrative Strategy: Identified the intersection of IT Observability, Blockchain-based sustainability, and Ethical AI to create a cohesive story across three distinct brands.

  • Executive Interviews: Conducted deep-dive interviews with the CEOs of Unimission (Kurt Balanica) and Dimarjan (Adrianus Hulsbos) to translate complex technical processes—like satellite-monitored carbon offsetting—into human-centric narratives.

  • SEO & Technical Optimization: Conducted keyword research to capture high-intent traffic around "AI for Good" and "Carbon Offsetting for IT." I managed the full on-page layout, including anchor-link navigation and metadata optimization to ensure long-term organic authority.

Impact Analysis

This series successfully fueled top-of-funnel (TOFU) awareness, attracting a specialized audience of IT decision-makers and sustainability officers.

  • Average Time-on-Site:04:12 (180% above the blog baseline), indicating high resonance with deep-dive technical readers.

  • Average Bounce Rate:62% (significantly lower than the 78% average for guest-contributed content), showing successful internal linking to product trial pages.

  • Internal Engagement: Achieved a 75% scroll depth across the series, specifically within the "AI by Design" segments.
